Hello! Thanks for taking time to read my profile. I'm happily married with three daughters. I've loved visual creativity since I was a kid, drawing my favorite heroes in medium-ruled spiral notebooks. I nearly majored in art until I discovered visual storytelling and pivoted into video production.

 

From freelancing to agencies and in-house, I've been helping established brands tell their stories for 20 years. The most rewarding part of my work is time spent growing teams and coaching younger creatives to deliver content on tight turnarounds.

 

At Dutch Bros, I helped to build a team of one to eight. That group included videographers, editors, photographers, audio engineers, an animator and a project coordinator. Together we supported marketing campaigns and strengthened internal culture as the company grew from 275 to over 300 shops.

 

At River Valley I took on the leadership of the existing creative team, building it from three to seven. Together we saw River Valley open its fifth campus and built the foundation for a network-wide rebrand.

 

I’m skilled in all aspects of media production. This experience has yielded a deep understanding that allows me to speak into the creative direction of a team as well as coach team mates in developing their skills and career.
